1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., raincoats after use).

2. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Return Process

4. Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll send a free replacement or refund as per your preference.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
